For as long as they could remember, they had felt the pull of something just beyond the reach of the sky—an invisible horizon humming beneath the surface of ordinary days. Without hesitation, they stepped forward, leaving the familiar behind as reality softened and dissolved into brilliance.
They emerged into the Celestial Expanse—a vast, living cosmos where landscapes of sunlight drifted through endless skies and time moved like a slow, breathing current. Here, everything felt both ancient and newly born. An enigmatic guide known only as the Sunkeeper appeared at the edge of perception, never fully seen yet always felt, leading them through shifting realms where memory and possibility intertwined. Each step deeper revealed echoes of forgotten travellers and fragments of lives lived across the folds of time, as though the universe itself was remembering through them.
At the heart of it all stood a colossal tree of light, its roots threaded through starlight and its canopy glowing with the accumulated memory of existence. It was here the Sunkeeper finally spoke—not as a voice, but as understanding: the journey was never across distance, but inward, into the luminous core already within them. And when they returned, the world remained unchanged, yet forever altered; every sunrise now carried the echo of that vast, radiant expanse, as if the universe had quietly folded itself into their breath
